Types of rooms
The price includes:
- Breakfast from buffet
- Dinner with salad buffed, three starters and three main courses at choice and dessert
- Use of sauna and steam bath (whirlpool and hydro-massage-bed „HydroJet“ for a fee)
- Access to the fitness room
- Wi-Fi connection (signal covers almost the entire hotel)
- Parking in front of the hotel
- Premium HolidayPass free use of all public transport in South Tyrol and several other reductions)
In winter:
- Ski-room with ski-boots-dryer
- Discount card for ski school "CIMA"
- reduction on rental at "TOPSKICENTER".
In addition the rented equipment will be picked up at our hotel at the end of the rental

Surcharge and discount:
Double room for single use: +50%
Child reductions (only if staying in a room with two guests paying the full price):
- -50% up to 3 years
- -30% from 4 years to 8 years
- -20% from 9 years
Arrival and departure:
IMPORTANT: in order to properly complete the registration upon arrival, each guest must present a valid identity card or passport.
- On arrival day the room is available from 2.00 p.m. (14:00)
- An arrival after 6 p.m. (18.00) must be arranged in advance. In case of delays during arrival, please inform us by phone (tel. +39 0474 501 805).
- Dinner is served from 7 p.m. (19:00) to 8 p.m. (20:00)
- On departure day we kindly ask our guests to leave the room for 10:00 a.m.
Dogs / Pets:
It is not allowed to bring pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking:
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING-ROOMS
- As we do not have a smoking room, smoking is only allowed outdoors
Booking confirmation:
After the receipt of your written reservation and a deposit for confirmation ("caparra"), the reservation is binding. We will send you our bank account details after receiving your written reservation.
The confirmation deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation, but, if agreed, it can be credited for a later stay.
Payment:
- You can settle the bill on the day of departure, in cash, by cheque or by card (debit and credit cards such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V-Pay)
- NOT accepted are American Express and Diners
- We recommend to check any credit or spending limits on your card
- By agreement, it is also possible to make a bank transfer in advance
