From 01-01-2014 a tourist tax ('temporary visitor' tax) will be levied on all south-tyroleans stays in accommodation establishments. In our hotel (and all the other 3-star-hotels) the amount is Euro 1,00 per day and person (from 14 years).

Comfort category A: double bedded room, with balcony on the south or south/east side (only one has two separated beds and balcony on the backside of the hotel).
Comfort category B: smaller room, with double bed or two separated beds, without balcony and/or on the backside of the hotel.

Prices are per person and day with half board accommodation, including:

• Breakfast buffet,
• dinner, with 3 first courses and 3 main courses at choice, dessert and salad buffed, and regular local dishes. 
• Use of the sauna, steam bath, emotional shower and fitness room
  (whirlpool and hydro-massage-bed operate with coins).
• Parking, and ski-room with ski-boots-dryer in winter, are free of charge.

Full-board : In fact that only a few persons choose the full-board accommodation, we offer you some plates at midday, which will be accredit separately (depending of the plate).

Reductions and supplements:

• Child reductions for children sleeping in an additional bed in their parents’ room:
  up to 3 years -50%
  from 3 to 8 years -30%
  from 8 to 12 years -20%
• Singel room supplement 10,00 Euro per day
• Supplement for single occupancy of a double room per day +50%

Considerate:

• If you plan to arrive after 6pm, we would be grateful if you could let us know in advance.
• On arrival day you can move in to the rooms at 14:00 (2.00 p.m.)
• On departure day we kindly ask our guests to leave their room for 10:00 a.m.
